DIRECTORATE OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL AFFAIRS
The Directorate of Comptroller and Support Services, established by Decree Law No. 124, has been merged with the Directorate established by Decree Law No. 190 to form the DIRECTORATE OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL AFFAIRS.
DUTIES: The budget allocations of the University have generally been assigned for collective use by our Directorate. The general responsibilities of the University include:
- ► Conducting transactions related to the acquisition of real estate and movable property and services, leasing of real estate, and similar operations.
- ►Managing postal services.
- ►Providing cleaning services and handling the transportation of goods and documents between units.
- ►Managing the personnel affairs of the Rectorate's Private Office, Internal Audit Unit, Legal Consultancy, General Secretariat, Informatics, and the Directorate's staff and workers.
- ►Conducting the movable property registration control services and managing the large warehouse operations.
- ►Providing security services.
- ►Managing park and garden cleaning services.
- ►Carrying out other similar duties as assigned.
- ►Providing services in printing and graphic work with the printing house.
- ►Executing the transactions of the representative services for the purchase and sale operations (such as procurement of goods and services, travel expenses).
